The conference will take place at the Hotel Le Plaza Brussels (www.leplaza-brussels.be).

 

Room reservation

 

The conference attendees are responsible to book their own rooms.

 

Rooms can be booked at the location of the conference, Hotel Le Plaza Brussels. There is an option for 70 rooms. This can be done, at a rate of 185,- Euro per single room or 218,- Euro per double room (breakfast included) per night for the whole duration of the conference (Monday till Thursday night). Many other hotels at different price ranges can be found in the neighborhood of the conference hotel in the center of Brussels. 

 

Travel Information

 

By train
There are several direct high-speed trains from France (e.g., Paris), Germany (e.g., Frankfurt), The Netherlands (e.g., Amsterdam), and the United Kingdom (e.g., London). The railway station Brussel-Noord/Bruxelles-Nord is at walking distance from the conference location (Hotel Le Plaza Brussels).

 

By air
The international airport of Belgium is Brussels Airport Zaventem. A train can be taken from the airport to the railway station Brussel-Noord/Bruxelles-Nord, which is at walking distance from the conference location (Hotel Le Plaza Brussels).

 

An alternative, international airport is Brussels South Charleroi Airport. This airport is about 70 km from the center of Brussels. The Flibco shuttle bus brings you to the railway station Brussel-Zuid/Bruxelles-Midi. From there, you can take the train to Brussel-Noord/Bruxelles-Nord, which is at walking distance from the conference location (Hotel Le Plaza Brussels).

 

Public transport in Brussels
There are plenty of options by bus, train, and underground (Metro).
